  The Cakes look great visually but! I cannot understand why the Cheesecake Shop franchise stores continue to use disgusting mock cream on their cakes ?? but yet advertise fresh cream! Please not all customers are fooled. Just wish there was some options within the Browns Plains region to purchase quality Cakes & don't get me started on their sugar hit Cheese Cakes filled with a god knows what filler as they are definitely not 80 - 100% Cream cheese.

  Cakes are always fresh and absolutely delicious. Staff are always super friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

  Absolutely appalling service. If you have a choice between here or biting off your arm... start biting. I ordered a personalised cake for my engagement party, stated what I wanted and flavors. Went back to collect it, didn't find out until I cut into it that they didn't do the right flavours, some people at the party have dietary requirements. For $115 I'd expect the cake I ordered. They admitted they didn't record the flavours and instead of calling me they just guessed. I called to complain and was only offered another $30 cake or a voucher to go towards another cake, when I explained I was caked out I was told to give the voucher away for Christmas. Because that's going to benefit me of their screw up, palm off the voucher. I was then told it was MY fault THEY didn't confirm flavours in the first place. I eventually got a partial refund. Never ever going back here. Save your patience and stress levels.
